It will definitely be an asset to those who want to accelerate at math. Teachers.net - a wealth of information for the homeschool teacher as well as support group and teacher chat. B.J. Pinchbeck's Homework Helper - A truly excellent site. I use it often for spelling words as well as many other subjects. University of Arizona Biology Web page - Although this site is a little beyond Grade School, I have used it and adapted it to the needs of a lower grade level. This site also has tutorials. Microsoft Education K-12 - This site has been invaluable to me in planning projects for my daughter including her web page design and extreme weather project. Homeschooling Information and Resource Pages - This site will provide you with good information if you are thinking of homeschooling or are a homeschooler. |
